Summary: How to hide tray icon of Privoxy started as servise on W2k3S

Initial Comment:
Privoxy 3.0.19 started as service on Win7 doesn't display it's tray icon, but started as service on Windows 2003 Server it displays privoxy's main window on startup and shows tray icon during operation. Is there a way not to show privoxy's main window at startup and tray icon during operation on Windows 2003 Server ? 

It runs automatically with "privoxy.exe --service" cmd
