If a client needs to tunnel an HTTPS request through Privoxy
(or any other HTTP proxy) it uses the CONNECT method.
While the method can be used to tunnel lots of different
protocols, it's not commonly done by ordinary browsers so
looking at the method is probably good enough.
Privoxy logs the HTTP method with debug 8 (which logs all
headers), with debug 512 (as part of the request line) and
of course debug 32768 (which logs all data that is read from
connections and thus produces a lot of data).
