IIPMooViewer 2.0 blocked in the top left of the page, overlaps elements of the layout.

I've a problem... I'm using IIPMooviewer 2, the latest build from the blog. It seems to work like a charm except from being fixed on the top left of the page, overlapping any div in the layout.

I've also tried it in a CSS-free page so I assume it's not a matter of clash between CSS from different sources; putting it in an iframe doesn't work either. I'm able to resize it but not to have it properly "floating".

I'm using Firefox 20.0+build1-0ubuntu0.12.04.3 (but same behaviour by Chromium 25.0.1364.160-0ubuntu0.12.04.1) on Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS 64 bit at the client side. As for the server side, IIPImage is installed in a local virtual machine running Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 64 bit Server edition.

This is the source for my simple php testing page, where the "lorem ipsum" div gets overlapped: http://pastebin.com/b44DwNik

Any clue to get it working? Could I provide any additional info for better understanding the issue?

    Thank you very much.
