Even after I configure the resolution settings and the color, the scans turn out grayscale at 100 DPI.

The workaround is to set the bits to 24 bits.

I'm using the latest version of iCopy and have tried rebooting the computer. The computer runs Windows 7 64-bit edition SP1 and is attached to a Canon MP460 multifunction printer via a USB cable.

Please attach the log file that iCopy saves either in the executable folder or, more likely, in

    C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Local\iCopy\

    (Windows Vista, 7) or

    C:\Documents and Settings\<Your username>\Application Data\iCopy

    (Windows XP)

The bit depth option was added as a workaround for certain scanners that couldn't understand the color settings. If you set the bit depth to 24 bits are you able to change resolution?

Yes, I was able to after using the workaround.
