IceWM icon as menu button

I'm using IceWM on Debian Squeeze
The theme is Infadel2>Overloaded
I have successfully set up my toolbar with all the apps and icons that I
need.
Now I would like to replace the menu button which reads [IceWM] with the
icewm icon: icewm.xpm.  I have looked at the following files without finding
a place to specify the icon: menu, toolbar, preferences, Overloaded.theme. 
Can this be done?
