[Iceorg-dev] My proposal of icewm.org pages II

Well, I probably do not have anything else to do so I created different 
page design based on same content. 
It is at

Still not xhtml but I have it on TODO and I'll proceed as soon as 
somebody who can decide will take action on icewm page update.
