yes squid with icap client. If you do so, it will the same request will
come back to icap -server for modification ;-( and this may not be what

I was referring only to the format of value that the env variable

Currently, ignore this variable as it will not affect the working of the
icap server now.
If you happen to use urllib.py in new proxylets later , then please do
not set this variable - as you are not inside a firewall and you are
accessing the web directly.
