0.66 is out

It turns out that my attempt to make the latest version backwards compatible with Leopard 10.5.8 didn't work. This version uses the same mechanism I used to allow it to run without CoreWLAN, so all _should_ be fine (I have no way to test this myself).

The other thing was that for people that like to arm without the black screen and logo, disarming from the keyboard wasn't working. This release fixes that, though I note that the only way to do this whilst keeping the screen idle-off functionality working was to dim the screen by a tiny fraction.
