Default mode of Hunspell can use double suffixes and only a single prefix.
Using COMPLEXPREFIXES reverses this mode (single suffix, double prefixes):
PFX A Y 1
PFX A 0 aka .
PFX B Y 1
PFX B 0 sa/YA .
$ cat double.word | hunspell -d double
2008/12/18 F Wolff <friedel@...>
