Russian uses abbreviations "MGc" and "mGc" for "MHz"
and "mHz" respectively. However, if I type "MGC", it's
marked as error (althought it should not!) and if I
right-click, among some other suggestions I see
_itself_ (i.e., exactly "MGC")! And if I choose it in
the drop-down list, it still remains a mistake.

It's a general MySpell bug. I will fix it in the next release.
    Thanks.

Dmitri! Please, check the Russian orthography, because
orthography may prefer the accurate casing of the SI
measurements and other standards (like Hungarian
orthography). In Hungarian, MHz may not be MHZ in uppercase
texts: ,,CPU CLOCK RATE IS 1000 MHz ON MY MACHINE.''
    The new Hungarian dictionary
    (http://magyarispell.sourceforge.net) has already used the
new KEEPCASE feature of Hunspell (also for kg, km, mm3, etc.)

    Thanks for the bug report!

    Laci

The Russian orthography is not as strict as Hungarian in
this respect, and all-uppercase spelling is allowed
(although in purely technical texts may be deprecated).

Fixed. Now OPENOFFICE.ORG and UNESCO'S (allcaps forms of OpenOffice.org or UNESCO's) are accepted by Hunspell. Thanks for the report, Laci
