I am trying to analyze a web Page (http://www.ttu.edu/) to download and save it locally on to the disk.
While executing the java script, HtmlUnit throws
StrictErrorReporter: runtimeError: and writes it to the log file.

Why is this error thrown and How can I avoid this error?

    Are you using 2.8 or latest snapshot?

    I don't see any error with:

        WebClient webClient = new WebClient();
        webClient.getPage("http://www.ttu.edu/");

    Thank you for the response.
    Yes I am using htmlUnit 2.8. The errors are appending to a log file and it is writing a lot of StrictErrorReporter errors to the log file. please find the log file as an attachment here.

    I looked into the logging configurations file. still no use. The errors were written to log file.
    I am using Log4j and here is the current log4j.properties file:

    log4j.threshold=ALL
    log4j.rootLogger=ALL, ErrorAppender

    log4j.appender.ErrorAppender=org.apache.log4j.DailyRollingFileAppender
    log4j.appender.ErrorAppender.File= ${log.dir}/dhtmlget_errors.log
    log4j.appender.ErrorAppender.DatePattern=-'.'yyyy-MM-dd
    log4j.appender.ErrorAppender.Append=true
    log4j.appender.ErrorAppender.layout=org.apache.log4j.PatternLayout
    log4j.appender.ErrorAppender.layout.ConversionPattern=%d{ISO8601} %-5p [%t] %c{1}: %m%n
    log4j.appender.ErrorAppender.Threshold=ERROR
