Hello all! I've been trying to get htDig working on my site with some
success, but now I'm stumped.
I get the following error whenever I try to run htsearch.exe through
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set
of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:"
I'm running IIS on Windows 2003 and I went through the CygWin build
process to get these running on Windows. I just can't figure out what
the problem could be.
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. This thing is driving me

It's been a few years since I had to use IIS (thankfully), but it looks
as if the htsearch executable is not running. Could be a permissions
problem, could be that you're out of CALs, could be a config issue.
While doing tech support for a commercial search product (Muscat), I
once had a customer with Win2K/IIS who could _never_ get a GCI script to
run on one system, although as far as we could tell it was identically
set up to systems that were fine.
