I just compiled ht://Dig 3.1.5 on my SGI 6.5.13m
system.
It seemed to compile and install just fine.
I also installed xpdf for PDF parsing.

I'm trying to run some test queries after running
rundig.

Some PDFs will show up in the results panel with their
correct name, but others show as "No Job Name".

Do you have any idea where this originates, and how to
"fix" it?

I looked at the FAQs, and searched the bugdb, but
couldn't find any references.

Thanks,

Michiel.

Well, it's certainly not originating from htdig's own code,
so this is clearly not a bug in htdig. Have you tried
running "pdfinfo" on some of the PDF files that show this
title? My guess is these strings are right in the title
field of the PDFs. You don't mention which external parser
or converter script you use to interface between htdig and
the xpdf package, but most of them (parse_doc, conv_doc,
doc2html) use pdfinfo to get at the PDF's title field.

It would be better to discuss such problems on the
htdig-general mailing list rather than on the bug tracking
system. If you need more help getting to the bottom of this
    problem, please followup there.
