Shawn's fix was to add the following, just before TITLE
added to vars:

if (str->indexOf("%20") >= 0)
// Title is URL encoded. Decode it
decodeURL(*str);

    I think it should be placed just after the line which
    converts the URL into a title, and that the check for %20
    should be removed. Any encoded URL should be decoded, but
    explicit titles like "The role of %20 in URLs" should be
    allowed. See the attached patch.

    Works like a charm! I like your approach better than
    Shawn's too. It should only be applied to filenames. Thank
    you Lachlan!
