#3 Qt/qmake dependency

The dependency on Qt/qmake seems to be a barrier to
using hpterm in my situation. I'm running Redhat
Enterprise Linux 3.?. (Actually Scientific Linux, an
RHEL clone.) RHEL apparently comes with Qt runtime
libraries installed but qmake is not included. Is qmake
part of the Qt developers package? Do I have to
purchase a Qt license to get qmake? Is qmake the only
additional part I need if I have the Qt runtime
libraries? Can I get qmake by itself? What are my options?
