I tried to install a 2nd instance of HIPAATalk on my local server so I could troubleshoot the archive tasks while not messing up my good data. My original database name is the default - HIPAATalk. The second database I named HTTest. When I run the DTS to import a file, it loads the data into x12_parse_temp on the HIPAATalk database instead of the new one (HTTest).
I updated the catalog for the HIPAATalk connection to HTTest under Disconnected Edit. Anything else I should be doing?
Thanks.

It sounds like you may have updated the connection name but not the database name. You really don't have to use the disconnected edit function to change the database name. Just double-click on the connection object in the DTS package and edit there.
