HidTouch Suite is a x.org input device driver to use a USB touchscreen that is seen by the Linux kernel as a HID device instead of input or event. It had to be written to support the ET&T touchscreen embedded in some TN120R laptop shell from Clevo, and has been used successfully on other touchscreen.

The user manual is updated, with better explaination (I hope) to create the udev rule, and the new available parameters.

This new release finally can be compiled out of the box on recent distribution (tested on Ubuntu 10.04).

This new release has a new set of option to run correctly on some multitouch devices (it is not multitouch support), but I don't have such a device to test it.
You might need the patch of version 09.04.04 to compile for recent x.org server.... read more

I was surprised that there was some messages on the help and discussion forum, I've just added them to monitor.

I also created two trackers for reporting bugs and requesting new features.

With all of this, I should not miss any new message (I hope so).
