#29 french keyboard mistake on thinkpad W2k

On a thinkpad A22e running W2k with a french
(AZERTY) keyboard,
the digit keys 1-2...-0 are accessible normally via the
shift key.

When running THE V3.0 or V3.1, these keys are only
accessible via the SHIFT-LOCK key.

When pressing the normal shift key, instead of :

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 ° +

I get :

! @ # $ % & ^& * ( ) { +

which looks like shifted keys on US QWERTY keyboard.
