I got the current cvs-tree and successfully compiled
cinelerra on my FC2 with kernel 2.6.8.

Here are some of my packages:

ffmpeg-0.4.8-3.1.fc2.dag
a52dec-0.7.4-7.1.fc2.dag
xvidcore-1.0.2-0.lvn.1.2
OpenEXR-1.2.1-1
lame-3.96.1-1.1.fc2.dag
libquicktime-0.9.3-1.1.fc2.dag

I load a bunch of quicktime movies I grabbed from my dv
camcoder, but cinelerra crahses, either when loading a
resource or when inserting a resource in my project.

Any hints are appreciated. Please tell me, what more
information is needed!

Regards
Cornelius

    Hello again,
now I managed to avoid this.

I made some changes to preferences->performance.

I set the cachesize to 20MB, the "seconds to preroll
renders" to "0" and I checked the box "force single CPU".
