Christian Lschenkohl [christian.loeschenkohl /at/ linea7.com] agreed to take the project over and continue development. Helios qmail 1.2.0 will come soon! :)
This project is no more active. The 1.1.3 release was the last stable release. It seems that nobody is interested in it and I have no time to continue it's development. If you'd like to take it over - just mail me. Here is the 1.2.0 alpha1 version - it only needs a few improvements to become a never-came 1.2.0 release:

Helios qmail 1.1.3 has been just released - it is a really small bugfix release - only helios-scanner has been little modified because it could not run properly with some versions of PHP.
By the way :) new exiting release with lot more bugfixes, enhancements and, what`s the most important, with support for qmail-spp (http://qmail-spp.sourceforge.net/) is coming really soon. Stay tuned...
qmail-qusee has been moved to the new project - qmail-spp. You can see it`s new home page at:
An SMTP authorization patch for OpenWebmail 2.32 has been just released. No important changes were made.
Enjoy.
This is a minor update release. A really useful qusee module, called qusee-checkmailfrom, contributed by Klemen Vodopivec has been included in this package. Apart of that documentation has been updated and Helios scanner now has support for Bogofilter.
Major improvements:
- increased portability much (now runs on FreeBSD fine)
- removed some GNU dependencies
- fixed minor bugs
This release has highly improved portability - eg. installs fine on FreeBSD and other UNIX-like systems.
This is mainly a bugfix and clean-up release. Apart of that this release comes with new tools for editing .qmail files and with "Helios qmail FAQ".
This version fixes bug in SMTP daemon which might cause it to hang on some platforms.
This version fixes little bug which might be causing qmail to hang on some platforms. Some other minor changes in implementation were made as well.
..on some platforms. If you are encoutering such issue, please see http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1046912&forum_id=340168 topic on Helios qmail forum for more information.
This release fixes a small "bug" (I`ve forgotten to uncomment one line again :-/) which caused that helios-notify.php might be outputting some PHP debug info and delivery might fail.
This version fixes a little bug that helios-scanner wasn`t removing it`s temporary files.
This is the first stable release ready for usage on production systems. It comes with extensive documentation - "Helios qmail manual" and "Helios qmail installation guide", so now it is easier to use it. Just get & install ;-)!
The biggest change is that content scanning and new mail notification have been completely redesigned. Apart of that SPF support has been added to improve spam blocking and some documentation appeared in the project - this release contains "Helios qmail installation guide" which describes installation of Helios qmail.
Helios checkpassword has been just released. Only installer has been modified to check for dependencies.
This version introduces an advanced and user-friendly installer. Many minor bugfixes has been made and project`s structure has been reorganised to make it more GNU-like.
New version of Helios checkpassword is available for download.
This version has new, more user-friendly installer. Modified checkpassword source code has been removed and now it`s bundled as tar.gz and then patched.
