Not to worry, I updated the version.xml file last night (Fri Mar 5). Ed, you say you are working on more code revisions - if you need me to manage another checkin, give me a holler. These checkins have been complicated because of the old old file formats used by the XCode project. It would be great if we could modernize to XCode 3 and start using the XML-based NIB format. A migration from the 1.x codebase to the new v2 code seems like the smart way to do this. Joe, the existing v2 project doesn't produce a runnable app when I try to build it. Is this a known problem? If you could devote some spare time to writing just enough developer docs to help us understand your plan for Meteorologist 2.0, perhaps Ed and/or I could put some muscle behind getting it up to alpha status. A basic outline of the salient features of v2 would be a good start - just something to explain the roles and relationships of the classes. I'm starting to do some Cocoa development at my job, so I will be back up to speed on writing Mac apps real soon now. -- Rich Martin |
