#50 Restarting HM2.1 service by itself won't work

If the program (after making changes in the settings)
asks if the service should be restarted, and you choose
'Yes', it doesn't always work correctly. Meaning the
new settings won't take effect. Workaround is to
manually stop the service (via administrative tools)
and start it again.

Does it happens only with particular configuration changes ?
Can you check if the service has been restarted (take a look
into the event viewer) ?
