I am trying to build hdparm v6.3 in order to test the ATA security set. Building on Fedora Core 4 kernel 2.6.17
Get many build errors; these are the few 10 lines or so.

hdparm v6.9 builds fine with no errors. However this version 6.9 does not have ATA security set enabled.
Is there kernel configuration parameter needed to enable ATA security set to work. I would like to get v6.3 running
