Sketched up a few more psi improvements. It might be nice to place the psi-based document that Banon had floating around on the forum as well.
Inertial Barrier: Repulse missile weapons (send back to firer? It would make drow city at least fun to wander around in :-) ) Call it 25 mana for 5 ticks (it's a fairly specialized ability)
Meditate: Let's up the amount of mana regenned by this, it is a ridiculously low amount for a special skill.
Regeneration: Psis can regain hp and move at the same pace as trolls. If the mud was more populated, movement for a psi probably wouldn't be an issue, but... Call it 5 ticks for 50 mana.
Teleport Trigger: Not sure about this one (btw, why have psi teleport and esp been removed from practice list?) but what about a high mana, short duration ability that when you hit the "wimpy" stage, it automatically teleports you away? I'm thinking like 60 mana for 3 ticks. Might be a nice sort of thing to have on when you are walking into an unknown fight.
Psychic Blade: Make a timed blade that does reasonable damage, and will draw mana away from victims. Make it cost bigtime mana, (like 200 mana) and lasts a fairly decent time.
One more I forgot...
Doorway Other: say for 50 mana you can doorway somebody else to a target.
