I needed to recreate the configure-scripts and Makefiles with the provided autogen.sh script in the following way: cvs -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/sgcontrol login cvs -z3 -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/sgcontrol co=20 sgcontrol cd sgcontrol/ chmod u+x autogen.sh =2E/autogen.sh --disable-static=20 =2D-prefix=3D/path_wheher_you_want_sgcontrol_to_be_installed hope that helps btw-: I'm using a debian/testing system with a 2.6.8 kernel.
