compile error kernel 2.6.38 headers

    Since kernel version 2.6.38 v4l1 is removed from the kernel tree so after updating linux-libc-dev in debian wheezy i got the compile error that videodev.h was not found.
    Removing the line:
    "# include <linux/videodev.h>"
    from the file "…/gyachi/webcam/gyachiupload-v4l.c" solved it.

    I'm sorry for the delay, but I have 1.2.11 running now.
    No compile error anymore on debian wheezy. Also the captcha problems are solved.

    The only thing is that I had some unpredictable crashes recently but I haven't been able to trace them. I have only a faint feeling that it's libnotify related. After changing my settings, I haven't seen them anymore.
