After quitting a game, the resolution wont get back to
normal.
Reproduces: always.
Error msg:
---
trying to parse ctrlr file default.ini
SDL: Info: Video mode set as 640 x 480, depth 32
Using 16bpp video mode
SDL: sysdep_display_alloc_palette(65536);
info: set to 16bit linear mono 44100Hz
---

Using: xmame.SDL

xmame.ogl wont work and xmame.x11 wont work using
Xv-fullscreen mode

When executing from Konsole, with subsequent options:
xmame.SDL -rompath /home/oxi/tmp/ -apcm mono2stereo -sf
44100 -fullscreen -ef 7 -doublebuf
, game works as expected and after exit, desktop
resolution is recovered.

----------------------

Also, after pausing the game, when resuming, the game
exits with the same error as above.

This behaviour isnt observed when running from a
Konsole with the aforementioned options.

P.S.: I was wondering if you plan on building a mono to
stereo conversion option, so it converts it
automatically for mono games, because my card wont do
it by itself and i have to do it manually for each mono
game(uhh.. i guess this one <---- isnt your business
but xmame developers'... ); or whats better, and option
to use 'X' pcm for mono games and 'Y' for stereo ones.

Thanks in advance.

In a fresh install of the whole s.o. im not observing the
pausing issue anymore. However the resolution one still
    applies.
