Sorry trying to do to many things at once fogot to say save it as name.bb in your equivalent of /user/overo/user.collection/recipes/images then bitbake name see http://bec-systems.com/web/content/view/79/9/ http://uma-wiki.network-mobility.org/index.php5?title=Custom_images_for_Gumstix_Overo task-base may still to to large for you. Make a custom image with just the exact packages you need.
