Hi, I am trying to make Verdex ProXL6P, netpro-vx and consoleLCD-vx act as a USB network card for WinXP computer. But after pluging USB cable into WinXP computer, nothing is happen, no new device is found... I set up: In com.gumstix.collection/conf/machine/gumstix-custom-verdex.conf MACHINE_FEATURES += "usbgadget" and compiled to kernel 2.6.24 (not knowing exactly what is needed) : CONFIG_USB_CATC=y CONFIG_USB_KAWETH=y CONFIG_USB_PEGASUS=y CONFIG_USB_RTL8150=y CONFIG_USB_USBNET=y CONFIG_USB_GADGET=y CONFIG_USB_GADGET_GUMSTIX=y CONFIG_USB_M66592=y CONFIG_USB_ZERO=y CONFIG_USB_ETH=y CONFIG_USB_GADGETFS=y CONFIG_USB_FILE_STORAGE=y Then on gumstix I set up in /etc/network/interfaces auto usb0 iface usb0 inet static address 192.168.0.202 netmask 255.255.255.0 network 192.168.0.0 gateway 192.168.0.200 Links I tried to use: http://docwiki.gumstix.com/Setting_up_USBnet http://docwiki.gumstix.com/index.php/Windows_XP_usbnet http://www.davehylands.com/linux/gumstix/usbnet/ Thanks in advance Ales |
