I can't find any layout guidelines for that package at TI (they must be there someplace). It looks like the inner 6 pins, at least, will need to use via-in-pad. You will have to work with the board fabricator and the assembler to be sure you get the right fill and surface finish for the vias and pads. Basically, this puts the fanout for those pins directly on the next inner layer of the board. You'll need at least a 4 layer board for that part. -- Ned Forrester nfo...@wh...
