Pages 28-2 and 28-3 of the PXA270 Developer's Manual has a pretty
decent memory map.

Note that this is the physical memory map. Once linux starts running,
everything is virtual, and some stuff moves around.

In terms of flash, the first 256K is u-boot, and the last Meg is the
kernel. rootfs gets what's left, which is 0x01EC0000 = 32,243,712
bytes.
