I've been working with some modified versions of u-boot 1.2.0 (specifically, the changes were minimal, eg. configuring all serial ports in serial_setbrg() rather than just one, and exporting the vsprintf() function) on a Basix board. This was all working fine when loaded into RAM and then run, so I reflashed the board - everything still working fine - although this time it complained that the MAC address wasn't correct with what was set in environment variables. So, running the new u-boot, I did saveenv. Rebooted, no problem. Ran my app a few times (simple GPIO monitor tool) and tried it a few times with and without the icache enabled. I then pull the power and re-insert the power lead (as I've done a number of times) and this time, I only see: U-Boot 1.2.0 (Jul 25 2007 - 14:06:20) - 400 MHz - 1454-Chyp *** Welcome to Gumstix *** DRAM: 64 MB Flash: 16 MB Using default environment Nothing more past that. Any suggestions as to what I might be able to do, or what the problem might be? I have a usbWiggler - but no JTAG board for the Basix (only the Verdex). Thanks David |
