Hi Landon, > I've looked at the pin descriptions for Robostix on the wiki and see > reference to the 3.3V regulator on robostix, but I don't see any pin > I could use to pull 3.3V off the robostix. Lots of 5V, which is > nice, but I'm also looking for 3.3V. I need to drive several 50 to > 100mAh devices and would like to do that off the robostix power > without regulating the 5V down. Is there a convenient place/pin to > get 3.3V from the Robostix that I am missing? If you look at the photo on this page: <http://docswiki.gumstix.com/Robostix_troubleshooting> The red dot that says Vcc indicates the easiest place to grab 3.3v from. I'm not sure that you'll be able to drive "several" 50-100 ma devices off it though. I think that the 3.3v voltage regulator is only 150ma regulator. -- Dave Hylands Vancouver, BC, Canada http://www.DaveHylands.com/ |
