As for the power consumption I don't believe it should draw more than 500 miliamps because IIRC that's the max that any of the regulators can supply. Unless of course you are using a robostix and a wifistix, then you have to power both but I don't think you should need more than 500 miliamps for a waysmall+gumstix+wifistix.
