So a couple of things: 1 - Does your gumstix have 4Mb or 16Mb of flash? 2 - Lets try a couple of extra checks. a - Determine the 32 bit CRC of your image on the host http://docwiki.gumstix.org/Calculating_32_bit_CRCs b - After fatload issue: crc32 a2000000 ${filesize} c - After cp.b issue: crc32 40000 ${filesize} Are all of the CRC's the same? Are you using a factory image? or one you built yourself?
