Hi Denis, If you were upgrading your netstix from a factory 2.6.11 filesystem to a new one then you probably did not change the bootargs to set the root partition correctly. You should be able to do a regular console connection to your stix (with a tweener and null-modem cable would be easiest) to get access to u-boot and change your bootargs. There are instructions in the wiki as to what the bootargs should be. If you don't have access to a console connection, I'm not sure that there is anything else you can do.
