It's the onyl wiki I know that is really geek-friendly, as it enables the use of one's favorite editor to edit the wiki instead of being forced to use a web page. It also enables automatic monitoring of the contents of the wiki without having to plug in some bot in the wiki, as the wiki contents are stored in a classical version control. You can even choose which you cant to use, like Subversion or Git (there's a Darcs backend going on also). So you keep the ability to edit and monitor content with your web browser as before, and you can also checkout and commit files with a version control, and edit/monitor with your favorite shell or GUI tools.
