I've built the CLI version of PHP (w/out any extensions to save build =20=
time). PHP does not like to cross-compile, so to do this, you have =20
to compile it natively on the gumstix. In practice, this means =20
probably NFS mounting the compile directories to the gumstix, or =20
putting everything on a big MMC or CF card and compiling from there. =20=
Either way, it's fairly slow -- hence the thinking behind setting up =20
the gumwads to allow use of "distcc" to speed things up a bit hopefully.
