I use Samba. For the life of me, I don't remember what exactly I did
to install/enable it. I think it was just

apt-get install samba

It created a share with my username automatically, if I remember
correctly. You then just need to set the password using smbpasswd.

If you ssh into colinux, you could also use scp.
