The port addresses and names are all published in the ATMega128 datasheet.
The USART section (pages 170-197), covers all of the various registers
and how they should be initialized. There are a total of about six
registers for each UART port. 2 for setting the baud rate (UBBR1H and
UBBR1L), 3 control registers (UCSR1A, UCSR1B, and UCSR1C), and the
data register (UDR1).
With the i2c-io program you can use the register names. If you really
want to use the register addresses, these are on page 364 of the
datasheet. Note that the memory addresses (in parenthesis) are the
ones that are used.
