The "address family not supported" stuff is because I think af_packet isn't autoloading (nor is anything else as far as I can tell, all needs to be manually modprobed or added to /etc/modules right now -- I'll figure out why it's not autoloading soon). The CRC errors I'm gonna bet are because you have an XM gumstix and only erased 1:2-31 and note 1:2-127 C On Dec 12, 2005, at 8:00 PM, David Farrell wrote: > > I'm starting to try 2.6.14 (SVN 686) > > I get the following on boot. 400MHZ Basix > bluetooth. > I do get to login and poke around, no bluetooth > though. > > David. > > ... > Set (GPIO,out, set) via /proc/gpio/GPIO7 > Starting Bluetooth subsystem:Failed to open > control socket: Address family not supported by > protocolStarting network... > m > > udhcpc (v0.9.9-pre) started > Dec 31 16:00:18 udhcpc[205]: udhcpc (v0.9.9-pre) > started > m > Dec 31 16:00:19 udhcpc[205]: [truncated] m > ifup: /var/run/ifstate: No such file or directory > Data CRC b33d118c != calculated CRC d4f66e7c for > node at 0033af60 > Data CRC b33d118c != calculated CRC d4f66e7c for > node at 0033af60 > ... > Segmentation fault > Data CRC b33d118c != calculated CRC d4f66e7c for > node at 0033af60 > Data CRC b33d118c != calculated CRC d4f66e7c for > node at 0033af60 > Segmentation fault > Starting dropbear sshd: Data CRC b33d118c != > calculated CRC d4f66e7c for node at 0033af60 > Data CRC b33d118c != calculated CRC d4f66e7c for > node at 0033af60 > Segmentation fault > OK > > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc. I move S50dropbear from init.d and the CRC errors go away. I manually run S50dropbear without any args and only if I comment out items below the "#Check for keys and generate" does the CRC error go away. Something about generating the keys?
