Hi, I'm trying to compile frequency scaling into the kernel. After putting frequency scaling in the configuration, sending: bitbake gumstix-kernel -f -c compile makes the compile stop pretty quickly. I looked in the error file and saw this: ............................... arch/arm/mach-pxa/built-in.o: In function `pxa_verify_policy': cpu-pxa.c:(.text+0x16a0): undefined reference to `cpufreq_frequency_table_verify' arch/arm/mach-pxa/built-in.o: In function `pxa_set_target': cpu-pxa.c:(.text+0x1720): undefined reference to `cpufreq_frequency_table_target' make: *** [.tmp_vmlinux1] Error 1 FATAL: oe_runmake failed Anyone have any ideas? Do I need to set other stuff in the kernel config to make frequency scaling work? Lots of pitfalls in getting a new image to build. thanks again, Eli |
