I wonder if anyone can give some advice for
RMAing a board. I have posted to this list the problems I
had with the power on my verdex board. Didn't get an answer.
I then sent email to sales@... requesting an RMA for
that board. I haven't received a response. Checking on the
web site I see that I must write my RMA number on the shipment,
but I can't figure out how to get that RMA number.
Also, I have seen in this list that people are receiving
netwifisd boards without the antenna. The same thing
happened to me. How does one get the antenna?
