The summit provides 1.8v outputs (as stated on the Gumstix website) so
it cannot directly control the driver you specified.
You have to either find another driver that accepts lover voltage
inputs or use a level shifter circuit to boost the output signals. You
can use Google to find out about voltage level shifters of course.
