Just figured it out, I had misnamed the diretory common instead of
Common. All my files where correct, just the dir had the wrong name!
This then gave me an error about not being able to find avr-mem.sh but
by adding it to the path and chmoding to have execute permission
I'd like to thank everyone who's helped me in getting this working, I
should now (not physically at the PC with the ISP cable and robostix
right now) be able to load on the example programs entirely avoiding
