I am deseperately missing a decent datasheet for the Verdex Pro XM4 board.
I need to find what the IO levels are. Especially do I need a level converter
to talk to 5V avr mega128?
What do I need for a 3,3V XBee pro module ?
and for µ-blox LEA4H GPS ?
Is there a page with all connection described?

Yes - the Verdex runs at 3.3v. If you look at the robostix schematics
(which includes a 5v ATMega128) you'll see that there are voltage
converters on the board.

As far as voltage conversion - nothing. You'll need logic-level serial
port. How you get access to the logic level serial port on the verdex
depends on which daughercard you're using.

What voltage is it running at?

This shows the signals available on the 60 pin connector:
For the most part, these all come directly from the PXA270 processor,
so you can get the information about the signals from the PXA270
