Greetings. After using various flavors of the Gumstix on everything from my robot to special embedded solutions for our customers, a question has popped up that I figured I must ask. Dual-CF card module. I am looking for an easy way to support both a wireless-CF card with a normal flash card. Additionally, it seems an easy way to really expand the possibilities of what we can do with the Gumstix. Is this even possible? As this project is still in the "Wow, this would be cool" phase, I haven't collected enough info on what the technical problems would be, and what has to be overcome. If it is possible, would there be a collective interest in this module, or is this something that I will need to build on my own? Thanks all. Wouldn't it be easier to use something like the SDWCFB-128 (802.11B and 128mb FLASH). --- "James A. If it were just going to be a small flash with a 'B' card, then yes. However, I was looking for a generic solution, something that any two CF cards would be able to be placed together. Wireless and Flash is just one example. Maybe a Wireless 'G' card and flash, or maybe a flash and a custom CF card. The wireless-CF and flash is just an example that illistrates what I am trying to do.
