GSUs: I'm tring to enable the BT stack in release 1521. This version of BT i integrated with and dependent on dbus which is now part of buildroot. The problem is that not all the required binaries are "installed" into the rootfs currently. I've read the buildroot tutorial and think I understand what to change in the package directory to cause the "right" thing to happen. My question is how long before such a change is made within subversion such that I don't need my "fix"? I'm happy to contribute my fix(es) if that's part of the answer. Chris |

Hey, if you try it out, and it works, can you post exactly what you did? :) Chris McClenaghan wrote: > > GSUs: > > I'm tring to enable the BT stack in release 1521. None at all - I have replicated the configuration files from 1482 into 1524, and all processes are running - hciattach, sdpd, hcid, pand, etc., but I cannot get detect any bluetooth device presence from my laptop. I've changed the package files for both bluez-utils and dbus to ensure that all the apparent tools are available. What I cannot find is any detailed description of how to configure bluetooth, just lots of python and C examples for programming against the dbus APIs.
