# netstat -atunp

Look for what programs are on the bootp or bootps port. (IIRC).

I don't have udhcpc, or the busybox version thereof. However, I've got
/sbin/dhclient, but I don't see that in the process list, either. As far as
I know, the client is supposed to keep running.
