I would like an e-ink display ;) I don't have a couple of grand for their eval kit though.

If you want something very "readable" in medium to high ambient light
conditions, check out E Ink (which is where I work). The only thing
widely available now is a 6" diagonal SVGA active matrix. If you need
performance in low to zero lighting, OLED seems better. Though certain
of our customers have said you can read E Ink well with night vision
goggles on...
